A whole-property stay includes all six of our lakefront cabins and accommodations for up to 32 overnight guests.
Instead of squeezing everyone into one oversized house, your group gets an entire collection of cabins—each with its own personality, sleeping spaces, kitchen or kitchenette, and outdoor area—all connected by the same lawn, beach, and waterfront.
Spend the morning paddling. Meet on the beach for the afternoon. Grill dinner outside. Gather around the fire after dark. Then everyone has a place of their own to settle in for the night.

This is the kind of place where generations can vacation together without spending every minute on top of one another. Kids can move between the lawn, beach, and water while everyone else settles into cabin life. With six cabins on one property, families can be close while still having their own bedrooms, kitchens, and space at the end of the day.

Wi-Fi and modern comforts are here when work needs to happen, while the beach, lake, lawn, kayaks, and fire pits provide a much better setting for everything between meetings.
May, June, September, and October are especially well suited to group retreats.

Intimate weddings & private events
For couples looking for something less traditional, our lakefront can provide a beautiful setting for an independently planned Maine wedding weekend or private celebration.
The property faces directly south across Lake Winnecook, filling the waterfront and beach with natural light and creating a wonderful setting for outdoor photographs.
We provide the cabins, beach, lawn, and waterfront. Couples and event hosts arrange the event itself, including planners, rentals, catering, tents, portable restrooms, entertainment, and other services they may need.
Appropriately licensed and insured outside vendors are welcome with prior approval. Because every gathering is different, weddings and larger private events are arranged individually.

Need even more room?
Additional accommodations may be available at our four Riverside Loft apartments, approximately ten minutes from the lakefront property.
The apartments are rented independently and availability varies, but they can be an excellent option for overflow guests, extended family, event vendors, or members of your group who would like a little additional space.
