- Exterior security cameras are located on the Maine House and monitor the parking and lakeside areas
- Winter guests should plan for snowy rural roads and consider all-wheel drive
- Up to two pets are welcome; the applicable pet fee and rules appear during booking
- A signed rental agreement is required before check-in
